• Session and auth tokens. Keep you signed in to your dealership account between page loads and refresh your session securely.
• Security tokens. Protect against cross-site request forgery and session hijacking.
• Load and routing. Keep requests on healthy infrastructure.

• Remember your last selected parking location, filters, and table preferences.
• Remember light or dark appearance.
• Dismiss in-product notices you have already read.

We use privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics and error monitoring to see which screens are used, how fast pages load, and where errors happen. These are used in aggregate to improve reliability. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or behavioral ad networks on Porter.

Our hosting, database, authentication, and email vendors may set strictly necessary cookies as part of delivering the service. They are contractually limited to processing data on our instructions.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local storage in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and prevent Porter from working — scanning, movements, and reporting all require an authenticated session. Where local law requires consent for non-essential cookies, we ask before setting them.
